AABI Bylaw includes all AABI management regulations that have been voted by association members with voting rights at General Assembly before. Concerning about the voting right, please note that each economy can only enjoy one voting right regardless of the number of AABI association members in it.
The articles listed in AABI Bylaw are based on the version written by the Founding Members on the date of AABI’s establishment.
Any changes on AABI Bylaw shall be initiated by the President or Vice President and receive the approval of all association members with voting rights before enactment.
